Leadership with Purpose

Ganesh’s journey began in 1997, when, after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, he chose education over a conventional engineering career. He began as a mathematics teacher and counselor, guiding students toward undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and research opportunities around the world. That same year, he founded KIC, beginning a lifelong commitment to education, counseling, and purposeful living.

Over the years, his work expanded from teaching and individual counseling to working with leading international schools and educational institutions. These experiences shaped his belief that education extends beyond instruction, and that educators have a vital role in helping young people understand themselves, navigate choices, and discover their possibilities.

In 2013, at 38, Ganesh stepped away from his professional pursuits to explore spirituality, meditation, and self-inquiry. Studying contemplative practices with Dr. Newton Kondaveti and Dr. Lakshmi Newton deepened his understanding of self-awareness, purpose, and well-being. This became a defining chapter in his journey, shaping his belief that career and spirituality can come together in service of a more meaningful life.

Over the years, Ganesh has built and led organizations including KIC UnivAssist, the IC3 Movement, IC3 Institute, and The Aha Movement, with work spanning education, well-being, sustainability, and hospitality. Across these ventures, he has focused on developing people and capabilities, strengthening leadership, and creating ecosystems for meaningful change. Today, these experiences converge in his work as a leadership coach, bringing together entrepreneurship, consciousness, education, and social impact to help leaders cultivate self-awareness, lead more consciously, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
